DATE COMPLETED: June 2004
REQUIREMENTS: Upgrade to the exclusive Peppers Resort at Palm Bay, Long Island. Equipment and materials were transported via barge from Shute Harbour to the resort. Electrical, sewerage, water and gas installation were also undertaken.
CHALLENGES: A major part of the upgrade was a stone pitched retaining wall bounding the newly constructed asphalt paths.
