NORTHVIEW GARDENS ESTATE: STAGES 1-9

REQUIREMENTS: Construction of all operational works for over 300 allotments was required at the Northview Gardens Project. This included the installation of a sewerage pump station, culvert widening and major trunk drainage. Shot firing was also required when rock was encountered on deep sewer lines.
CHALLENGES: A landscaped 3 hectare lagoon park was constructed which comprises of water habitat plantings, pathways and landscaped gardens.
